Walking from Lee (about 10 - 12 minutes walk):                                  
From Lee station go down the ramp to street level and turn left. Walk up the road (Burnt Ash Hill) to the local post office and cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Continue walking up Burnt Ash Hill in the same direction until you get to the traffic lights at the end. Turn right and walk along St Mildreds Road for approx. 200 metres. Cross Birch Grove. We are the second house on St Mildreds Road after Birch Grove.

Bus from Lee Station (3 minutes journey time - costs £1.50 flat fare):
From Lee station go down the ramp to street level and turn left. There is a bus stop a few metres away. Catch the number 202 bus. You can get off the bus shortly after it turns right at the top of Burnt Ash Hill or stay on it for one more stop. Cross St Mildreds Road and walk to your left down the road if you got off t the first stop. From the second stop walk to your right.

Walking from Hither Green (about 15 - 20 minutes walk):
From Hither Green station go down the exit ramp and turn right at the bottom to exit the station. Turn right along Fernbank Road and keep walking in the same direction until you come to Manor Lane. Turn right along Manor Lane and walk to the end of the road. Turn left along St Mildreds Road and walk approx. 100 metres to get to number 31.

Bus from Hither Green station (7 minutes journey time - £1.50 flat fare):
From Hither Green station go down the exit ramp and turn right at the bottom to exit the station.
Take the number 273 bus going to Petts Wood. Get off at the Westhorne Avenue stop on Burnt Ash Hill. Walk to the traffic lights at the top of the road and cross the road turning right. Walk along St Mildreds Road Road for approx. 200 metres. Cross Birch Grove. We are the second house on St Mildreds Road after Birch Grove.
